I just wanted to pop on this evening, because I was so pleased with this card.  I had seen a layout like this on a Jennifer McGuire video, and was inspired by this beautiful paper to give it a seaside twist.

A 2 inch by 5.5 inch piece of designer paper  was glued to the card base, and 1 inch and 2 inch wide pieces of cardstock had a 1/8 inch strip of navy cardstock was glued to each as shown. The sentiment was stamped on the 2 inch piece, and both were attached to the card base with foam dimensional tape.  I stamped the shell and fussy-cut it, gluing one end to the white cardstock and attaching the other end with a foam dimensional to the designer paper.
